Our Band first formed in 2008 with Ted Goodson singing lead vocals and playing keyboard, William ("Wild Bill") Angdahl on the drums and vocals, Jim Charlier on bass and vocals, and Mike Scott on guitar and vocals. We have roots going back over 30 years playing in different bands and mostly in the Puget Sound area. Ted and Jim played together in a band called "The Edge" for a number of years and Mike played with that group for a year or so as well. After that band broke up in 2002 and some time had passed we decided to get something going again. After jamming and learning some more songs we recruited a new drummer who liked the same kind of music and started practicing so that we could get out and play again. Ever since then, we’ve been practicing and playing our hearts out as much as possible at local venues and private parties, and occasionally working on original material in addition to those classic rock and roll cover tunes.
ABOUT THE BAND MEMBERS.....
Ted Goodson: Keyboards/Vocals
Ted started gigging in high school, played the tavern and lounge scene in the Northwest before giving up the road to raise a family. Now he sings and plays keyboard in the local area and does the bulk of the lead vocals for the group.
Jim Charlier: Bass/Vocals
Jim has played in bands since high school and was raised in the Midwest before going to college to study music and engineering. He now resides in the Northwest and loves to play bass and be “the backbone” for the group!
William (“Wild Bill”) Angdahl: Drums/Vocals
Wild Bill started playing drums at an early age and continued through high school. After high school, He joined the Air Force and performed with the U.S. Air Force Band. After that he became professionally involved with music performing with "Blue Steel", which toured with and opened for name acts, "Buddy Miles", "Delaney and Bonney", and "Tower of Power." He has played and recorded with a number of local bands in the Seattle area.
Mike Scott: Guitar/Vocals
Mike has played guitar and bass in local bands since high school and has been jamming with Ted and Jim for a number of years. We all still enjoy singing and playing classic rock tunes for live audiences. “Rock and roll is here to stay” and live music is a great way to get people together to have fun!
GOODSON PLAYS GOOD MUSIC – We were there when it all started and we keep it going for today's generation as well as yesterday's rock and roll enthusiasts!
